On Skyet.co store you can complete your purchase either as a GUEST or aREGISTERED customer.

All our items are priced the same online and instore.
If there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and thosemarked on the label on the clothes, the correct price will be the one shownwhen you purchase it.
Please keep in mind we do not adjust prices for items whose original prices mayhave been reduced.
 
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
On Skyet.co store you can find new products every week, just like in ourstores.
If the item you want has sold out, you can register your email address and wewill let you know as soon as it becomes available. This process does notreserve the item.
You may also view the stock on our website, most available items are in stockor re-stocking for the time being.

Shipping Policy

The shipping options may vary depending on the deliveryaddress, what time you make your purchase and item availability.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the availableshipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
Delivery options:
        Collection at showroom - FREE
In the showroom in 15+ working days. You will receive an e-mail notificationonce the entire order is ready for pick-up.
Remember that the person who comes to collect the order needs only show thee-receipt with the order number, as long as they are the buyer. If someone elsecomes in your place, they must also show thee-receipt with the order number.
        Door to door delivery - HKD 30.00+(Calculated by weight)
We aim for next day delivery on all orders placed between Monday and Friday, ifall items in the order are available in stock. If this is not possible, wewill arrange delivery once everything is ready to ship. Usually this will take15+ working days.
        SF express service point - HKD 25.00+(Calculated by weight)
At the SF express service point of your choice within 1-2 working days, if allitems in the order are available in stock. If this is not possible, we willarrange delivery once everything is ready to ship. Usually this will take 15+working days.
Please fill in the code of the SF express service point as your deliveryaddress at the time of purchase.
Bear in mind that deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (working daysonly for commercial address).

ORDER STATUS
You will receive email updates on the status of your order.
You can also access this information in the section "MyAccount".  If you are not registered, click on the “Orderinformation” link in the confirmation email to track your order.
 
RESTRICTIONS
We try to reach all corners of the earth from Skyet.co store . If there are anydelivery restrictions on your address, you will see them at the time ofpurchase.
 
SPLIT ORDERS
It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centers.If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive ineach shipment.

HOW TO EXCHANGE
You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from Skyet.costore FREE OF CHARGE.
Requesting an exchange on Skyet.co store is very simple. You simply need to getin touch with us through e-mail or messaging. Please remember that the originalitems should be returned within 7days of the request for an exchange. If thedeadline has passed and we have not received the original items, the exchangerequest would be regarded as forfeited. No further arrangements can bemade after the said deadline timeframe.

        Only one exchange request can be done ata time for the same order.
        The option to exchange does not appear ifthe item purchased is no longer available.
        Exchange will not be available forpurchases of sale and discounted items.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certaincriteria to be returned:
       Swimwear: swimwear items may not beexchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.
       Underwear: underwear items may not beexchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.
       Accessories: must be returned withthe bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
 
REFUND
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days,please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speedup the process.
